Licensees of College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) are authorized representatives within the meaning of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and the Regulations (IRPR), and may represent clients before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada: IRCC (formerly Citizenship and Immigration Canada: CIC).
