Express Entry is not an immigration program, rather it is an online system created by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada to manage the intake of Economic Immigration applications as of January 1st, 2015.
Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria submit an online profile, under one of Canada’s three Federal Immigration programs or some of the participating provincial immigration programs, into the Express Entry Pool.
Candidate profiles are classified according to a point-based system called the Comprehensive Classification System (CRS). The highest ranked candidates will be considered for an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residence. Those who receive an ITA must quickly submit a complete application and pay the processing fees within 60 days. The federal government aims to complete applications for permanent residence in a period of only 6 months.
NeXt Generation Canada Immigration Services will counsel and advise you, make a thorough eligibility assessment, and once you qualify, prepare the complete application, make the submission, handle the follow up, and provide you with weekly updates up to the final decision–in order to keep you fully informed throughout the process.
